General Visits
New Patient Visit
New patient visits are 45-90 minutes long and consist of extensive past medical history, social history, current complaints, reviewing of systems, physical exams, treatment, and follow up instructions. This is the time where Dr. Colby can get to know you and your health journey so she is able to help you to the best of her ability.
We take a $25 non-fundable deposit at the time of scheduling in order to confirm the appointment. This deposit gets put toward your visit cost on the day of.
Return Patient Appointments
These appointments are meant to follow new patient visits and allow time to check in, reassess, and adjust treatments accordingly. This could also be the appointment to choose to review recent lab results.
IV Consultation
If you are not a current patient this appointment is required before starting IV therapy. This appointment is where we discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have. A metabolic lab looking at liver and kidney function is also required prior to treatment. This lab can be drawn at this appointment or you can bring it in from a different provider.
EMSculpt NEO/EMSella Consult
This visit is to assess what treatment best serves your needs, to answer any questions about the treatment, and to create a treatment plan for you. This is step one of getting on your way to reaching your goals!
Prolotherapy initial consult
This is the appointment where we talk about your pain history, current condition and goals for moving forward. The main purpose for this visit is to see if prolotherapy is a good fit for you and to put an inclusive plan in place to start pain management and healing.
Hormone Health Package
This is where you want to be if you are fully focused on hormone health! This is a package that includes an initial 60 minute visit, hormone testing that includes progesterone, estrogen, DHEA, testosterone, cortisol, vitamin D, thyroid testing, additional follow up 30 minute visit where we review labs, an inclusive health plan with access to all hormone resources, and monthly email check ins with Dr Colby.
IV Drips
Hydration - $165 500mL / $230 1000mL
This formula starts with a base of lactate ringer which is a solution packed with electrolytes that are essential for rehydration. With the addition of B12 and B-Complex this combo is perfect for dehydration, the morning after, or just a little boost!
Myers’ Cocktail “All in One” - $195
This is one of the oldest and most trusted formulas. It is packed with nutrients and is a good starting point for most conditions. I would recommend this formula for anyone that wants that little extra boost. It is good for pre and post travel, during cold and flu season, or if you are just feeling a little “off”.
Relaxation/Adrenal - $180
Stressed? This is the one for you. Specifically designed to help you wind down, this formula is made up with a base of electrolyte fluid, then we add magnesium to relax your muscles and regulate blood sugar levels (good news for your brain), B5 and Vitamin C.
Enhanced Performance - $220
This formula starts with a base of lactate ringer which is a solution full of electrolytes that are essential for rehydration. Then we pack it with nutrients to help your body and mind perform at it’s best possible level.
Immune - $180
What better way to support your immune system than with hydration and nutrients! We start with the regular electrolyte fluid and add all things immunity, including vitamin c, zinc and selenium.
IV Add Ons:
Glutathione Push + $40
Glutathione is a very powerful antioxidant that decreases as we age. It helps push your detox pathways and improve immune function.
MIC Injection + $25
MIC injections are 3 amino acids that assist in boosting your metabolism, increasing energy and supporting detox.
B12 + $25
B12 is vital in supporting cellular energy and DNA production, meaning decreased fatigue, better moods and more. It can be added to any IV drip or injected intramuscularly into the arm or hip.
Additional Nutrients + $15 each
Interested in a specific nutrient? Ask us about it! Depending on what IV you’re going for we may be able to add on nutrients!
Upgrade to 1 Liter + $70
All of our IV’s start with 500ml electrolyte fluid, but you can upgrade to 1L for extra hydration!
IM Injections
B12 - $25
B12 injections support your cellular energy and DNA production- which means decreased fatigue, increased moods, better sleep and increased immune function.
Metabolic Injection (MIC) - $25
Contains Methionine, Inositol, and Choline to boost metabolic pathways and B-complex and Carnitine to increase energy and support detox.
MIC + B12 - $27
Combo of Metabolic injection and B12.
Super MIC - $30
All the good stuff with your MIC and B12 with additional B complex and vitamin C!
